The text our class has read, is about the perspective of a Anna turning 15, at her birthday party also called quinceañera. It has a complexity through the emotions of that girl, inconciously trying to decide whether her party is a failure or a success,
The tone could be defined as positive, it shows us that things can change if you have a good perspective about life and family, that no matter what, your beloved ones will support you, even with a tiny smille.
However the mood changes. It starts with a pessimistic attitude because of the way Anna wanted a cell hone and didn´t get one, she also described the scene around the fact that her dad lost his job. Then, when she got the family's recipe she felt grateful for the trust she is given by her grandmother.
